Matt, a proud Washington native, earned his double major in psychology and sociology from Central Washington University. With a deep passion for understanding human behavior, he has dedicated time to volunteering at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, where he led grief counseling sessions to help children navigate the loss of loved ones. His commitment to improving the lives of children and his plans to pursue a master’s degree highlight his dedication to making a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Matt thrives on connection and creativity. He enjoys quality time with friends and family, attending concerts, and exploring his love for music production. An adventurer at heart, he spends winters snowboarding, summers hiking, and unwinding by rivers and lakes.
