Kathy Tavia, CBT, RBT
Kathy is originally from Miami but moved to Washington where she completed her Bachelors in Psychology at Central Washington University. During her time in WA, she fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and decided to stay. After traveling the world as an English teacher in various countries and working with Seattle’s homeless youth as a Youth Counselor, she pursued her interest in technology, gaining software engineering skills. Now, Kathy is back on the path to earning her BCBA certification alongside a Masters in Data Science. She is passionate about exploring how AI can help solve ABA challenges by creating better tools for individuals with autism and helping providers work more efficiently. In her free time, she enjoys taking her family on hikes and road trip explorations.
